J P Contractors are carrying out the internal fit out and decoration for Blenheim House Construction, on this building in Lime Street, London. Scope of works includes installation of plasterboard walls/linings and ceilings, and internal decoration over six floors.
The client benefited from JPC’s ability to carry out all dry lining, plastering and ceiling works with all decoration to finish under JPC’s control. This enabled the client to have one point of contact, which is unusual as most often these trades are split between many contractors.
